About the Role

We are seeking a Dealer Health & Compensation Analyst to join our Retail Wireless Sales Operations team. This team's mission is to:

• Oversee dealer network health, identify and address underperforming dealers, and recommend strategies for improvement.
• Develop and manage commission plans and promotional campaigns that align sales targets with company goals and budget.
• Build and manage financial models to understand how changes in the business impact dealer profitability.

In this role, you will:

• Create dynamic financial and data models to identify the impact of changing key assumptions.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to track and measure performance indicators.
• Analyze data to identify trends and patterns, conduct root cause analysis, and develop solutions for improving performance.
• Work with partners to determine reporting gaps and utilize data-driven insights to recommend process improvements.
• Support the implementation of new tools and technologies to optimize operations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and recommend improvements based on best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance or analytics related fields (MBA is a plus).
• 3+ years of experience in finance and business analytics (telecom, operations, or project management experience preferred).
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to present findings from complex data sets using easy-to-understand charts and graphs.
• Ability to extract and manipulate large data sets across multiple applications.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite products.
• Some experience with SQL and ability to write basic queries.
• Experience with Python and process automation is preferred.
• Proven experience in driving process improvements.
• Ability to articulate detailed business requirements for IT project request documents.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year
