    ** What You Will Do :**

    Our team of Technology Consulting professionals helps clients tackle their most complex technology and cybersecurity challenges, supporting them in achieving their goals and mission. We assist clients in transforming their business processes, improving operations, implementing strong policies and controls, increasing transparency, and ensuring compliance with laws & regulations. We are looking for self-motivated individuals who can work independently or as part of a team. Our projects provide opportunities to work with senior management and develop skills in technical competency, business development, client service, leadership, project management, and people development.

    In this entry-level role, you will be responsible for supporting Defense & Security clients in assessing and addressing IT risks and controls. You will work directly with clients and other stakeholders, assisting them with IT internal control efforts, assessments, remediation, and other related tasks. Your day-to-day tasks may include:

    • Conducting comprehensive assessments of IT controls based on industry-standard guidance and best practices
    • Interviewing and maintaining communication with various stakeholders
    • Analyzing different artifacts to support IT controls testing
    • Evaluating the design and effectiveness of IT controls
    • Documenting IT controls test results
    • Communicating assessment findings to stakeholders
    • Planning and executing IT controls assessments
    • Collaborating with clients to identify and address IT control weaknesses
    • Providing expertise on IT controls and responding to client requests

    In addition to client work, you will also contribute to our business growth and internal operations, creating a positive work environment for all employees. This may involve:

    • Participating in business development activities and client meetings
    • Coaching and mentoring junior staff
    • Developing learning materials and presentations
    • Supporting recruitment initiatives

    ** What You Will Need:**

    • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust, Secret, or higher level of federal/government security clearance.
    • US Citizenship is required for security clearance
    • Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor’s or Master's degree (between fall 2023 and summer 2024) from an accredited United States college or university.

    ** What Would Be Nice To Have:**

    • Degrees and backgrounds preferred: Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, Business Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, Audit Readiness
    • Knowledge of cybersecurity and privacy controls and regulations (e.g., NIST, FISMA, FISCAM, etc.)
    • Familiarity with operating systems, databases, vulnerability management tools, and configuration management tools
    • Understanding of project management principles
    • Experience in producing high-quality work products and reports
    • Attention to detail and strong communication skills
    • Ability to approach problems from different perspectives and find solutions
    • Desire to support clients with a national security mission
    • Passion for reinvesting in the company and representing its brand
    • 1+ years of related experience
    • Active US Public Trust or Security Clearance
    • Strong organizational and communication skills
    • Interest in growing a career in consulting, preferably federal government consulting
    • Strong oral and written communication skills
