RESPONSIBILITIES AS AN ON-DEMAND TM - Engage with guests and exceed their service expectations. - Solve issues for guests and improve their experience. - Thank guests for choosing to shop at Target. - Scan and bag items efficiently and in compliance with safety standards. - Keep the work area clean and organized. - Promote Target's benefits, offerings, and services. - Assist guests with returns and register prompts. - Provide seamless service to Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests. - Comply with safety policies and best practices. - Support guest services like order pick up and drive-up while maintaining compliance.
