Position Overview

We are looking for individuals from all backgrounds to join our team as Warehouse Inventory Controllers. In this role, you will be responsible for counting and verifying product in the warehouse using handheld devices or forms. You will also handle obsolete inventory and ensure that processes are in place according to standard operating procedures.

Job Description

• Accurately count inventory in the warehouse using handheld devices/forms and update the system as necessary

• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in inventory

• Ensure accurate dating of products in the warehouse and make updates when needed

• Audit and correct receiving paperwork and perform audits of standard operating procedures as directed by the supervisor

• Assist buyers in locating items within the warehouse

• Manage obsolete and at-risk inventory, including identifying, communicating, adjusting, and validating products

• Assume ICQA lead responsibilities when needed, such as allocating work, monitoring activities, resolving issues, and reviewing processes

• No travel required

Years Of Experience

• 0-2 years: Related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
