Purpose of Position: The Talent Acquisition Recruiter position aims to support our business goals by developing, implementing, and improving day-to-day operations. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates, creating a positive experience for them. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: - Review and monitor employment applications for contact center employees - Maintain relationships with recruitment resources - Represent Teleperformance in a professional and accurate manner to candidates - Conduct pre-screening and interviews - Perform pre-employment testing, reference checks, and background checks - Review and audit new hire paperwork for accuracy and completion - Communicate employment offers and facilitate orientation for new employees - Maintain recruiting reporting and data - Assist in other functions as required by supervisor - Thrive as a team player in a fast-paced, high-energy, change-oriented environment Requirements: - Excellent customer service skills and ability to build rapport with employees, management, and vendors - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Quick learner and problem solver - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to think innovatively in recruitment and employee experience - Previous call center experience preferred - Excellent attendance record - Must pass background and drug tests - Experience with ICIMS or other Applicant Tracking Systems preferred - At least 2 years of high-volume recruiting experience - Full-cycle recruiting experience is required - Community engagement experience is required Thank you for considering Teleperformance.
