Job Description
We are looking for an experienced individual to manage our Enterprise Risk Analytics (ERA) Transformation Program. In this role, you will oversee the Stress Testing Book of Work and Consent Order across various risk segments. You will collaborate with other ERA experts, program managers, and business partners to ensure successful execution.
Some key responsibilities for this position include:
- Providing support to new or existing programs
- Understanding the goals and objectives of the Stress Testing Book of Work and each project within it
- Establishing a governance model to ensure ownership, accountability, and transparency
- Setting clear milestones and outcomes for each program under your management
- Ensuring program execution aligns with regulatory requirements and addresses underlying issues
- Managing project risks and implementing mitigation strategies
- Identifying and escalating program constraints to obtain necessary support
- Reporting on the progress and performance of the project portfolio
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of product program governance and risk management in the stress testing area
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Understanding of credit and operational policies and procedures
- Awareness of global banking regulations
- Experience in managing regulatory inspections and audits within a financial services company
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to analyze and resolve issues
- Familiarity with risk databases and tracking systems
- In-depth knowledge of Citi products, risk processes, and regulatory requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred
