We are hiring a Community Education Program Manager who will play a crucial role in supporting the Early Childhood & Family Education (EC&FE) programs district-wide. Our goal is to inspire and prepare every scholar with the confidence, courage, and competence to achieve their dreams, contribute to the community, and engage in lifelong learning. We are seeking someone with extensive knowledge of child and family development, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people. Job Summary: - Support the EC&FE Program Coordinator and staff in the development, administration, implementation, and evaluation of district-wide EC&FE programs. - Assist with the leadership and development of program areas. - Recruit, train, and supervise non-licensed staff. - Support ongoing community needs assessment work. - Develop and implement marketing and outreach plans based on community needs. - Manage various grants and initiatives, including data and communication with stakeholders. - Monitor program revenues and expenses, including tuition collection. - Monitor enrollment data to inform future program needs. - Assist with other Community Education program areas as needed. Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred in Education, Business Administration, or related field. - 3+ years of relevant work experience in public school and/or community-based early childhood and family education programming preferred. - 3+ years of supervising Community Education programs and staff preferred. Desired Qualifications: - Teaching license in parent education and/or early childhood. - Experience teaching in ECFE or comparable programs. - Experience with home visiting and PreK-3rd grade alignment. - Experience with outreach and/or marketing programs. - Experience working with highly diverse populations. - Experience working with families of low socio-economic status. Salary: Please refer to the salary grids on Pages 3-4, Section 1 of the Management Personnel I-M agreement. Work schedule: Core hours will be developed upon hire and may flex with supervisor approval. This is a full-time salaried position, including summer hours.
