    Experience a wide range of opportunities in our 10-week summer internship program. We're looking for candidates who are interested in the financial services industry and bring enthusiasm and passion to work in a fast-paced and growth-centric environment.

    Each intern will be assigned a manager, mentor, and executive sponsor for the summer and will present a project at the end of the program. You'll have the chance to engage with senior leaders, learn about different business areas, and network with peers and staff. The internship also includes professional and personal development training workshops.

    We welcome candidates currently enrolled in a college or university, seeking a bachelor's or master's degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0. The internship is ideally suited for students between their junior and senior years, but we will also consider candidates earlier in their college career based on coursework completed and business needs.

    • The internship program runs from Tuesday, May 28th to Friday, August 2nd.
    • This is an on-site internship based in our Boston, MA office.
    • Interns will work 40 hours per week and receive a competitive hourly wage ($19.00 - $23.00, depending on level of schooling completed).

    What you will do

    Our Financial Services Internships are focused on our Workplace Solutions area, which involves working with other companies and their employees in company-sponsored 401k plans. You'll gain experience in investments, relationship management, participant communications, operations and implementation, and participant services.

    What you will bring

    • Currently enrolled in a college or university
    • Minimum 3.0 GPA required
    • Available for a 10-week internship from May 28th to August 2nd
    • Desire to work in an in-person office environment in Boston, MA
    • Interest in learning about financial services and business success
    • Strong partnership skills and ability to collaborate within a team
    • Self-directed and comfortable working independently on a project
    • Curiosity and a customer service mindset
    • Ability to see a project through to completion

    What will set you apart

    • Preferred majors include Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or other relevant fields
    • Expected graduation date between December 2024 and May 2025

    Salary Range:

    $30,800.00 - $42,275.00

    This is the typical base salary range for this position in the listed location. Bonus programs are available for non-sales positions, while sales positions may have additional sales incentives and bonuses based on individual performance. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as location, experience, education, licensure, and skill level.
