    Job Description

    Job Title: Community Education Program Manager We are looking for a Community Education Program Manager who is passionate about inspiring and empowering individuals from all backgrounds. You will play a key role in supporting our Early Childhood & Family Education (EC&FE) programs and ensuring their success.     As a Community Education Program Manager, your mission will be to inspire and prepare every scholar to achieve their dreams, contribute to the community, and engage in continuous learning. You will work closely with the EC&FE Program Coordinator and staff to develop, administer, implement, and evaluate our district-wide EC&FE programs. We are searching for someone with extensive knowledge of child and family development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse groups of people. Your Responsibilities: - Provide leadership and support in the development of program areas - Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising non-licensed staff - Support ongoing community needs assessment work - Develop and implement a marketing and outreach plan based on community needs - Manage various grants and initiatives, including reporting on their progress - Maintain effective communication and manage data with stakeholders - Monitor program revenues and expenses, including tuition collection - Analyze enrollment data to inform future program needs - Assist in other Community Education program areas as needed or assigned Your Qualifications: - Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred in Education, Business Administration, or a related field - At least 3 years of relevant work experience in public school and/or community-based early childhood and family education programming preferred - At least 3 years of experience supervising Community Education programs and staff related to this position preferred Desired Qualifications: - Teaching license in parent education and/or early childhood - Experience teaching in ECFE or comparable programs - Experience with home visiting and PreK-3rd grade alignment - Experience with outreach and/or marketing programs - Experience working with highly diverse populations - Experience working with families of low socio-economic status For information about salary and work schedule, please refer to our Management Personnel I-M agreement on Pages 3-4, Section 1 here.
