Our Insurance Customer Service role may be new to you, but don't worry, we have a comprehensive, fully paid six-month training program that includes all the materials and support you need. We even cover the licensing costs. You will receive hands-on training, e-learning modules, and guidance from experienced instructors to help you become proficient in supporting our members. We want you to succeed, and we are willing to invest in you. We also provide development opportunities in our offices. After six months, you'll have the chance to work in a hybrid model, with the option to work from home two days a week. We believe in finding the right balance between onsite and remote work, so you can have flexibility in your schedule. The Opportunity We are currently seeking dedicated professionals to work in our Tampa, FL offices for future insurance customer service opportunities in 2024. Our work schedules may vary and could include some weekends. We start new training classes every month, and we encourage military veterans and spouses to apply. As an Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will provide customer service, sales, and retention activities for our Property & Casualty personal line products. You will interact with members through various contact channels such as phone calls, email, chat, and social media. Your goal will be to ensure our members have adequate coverage and provide them with advice to safeguard their financial security. What you'll do: - Answer inbound phone calls, emails, and other contacts from members, and assist them with their insurance needs. - Use your knowledge of personal lines' insurance to provide quotes, policy information, billing assistance, and coverage advice. - Understand member needs and provide accurate solutions. - Use available tools and resources to support members. - Effectively operate in a contact center environment and navigate multiple systems. - Maintain a valid Property & Casualty (P&C) license and state registrations. - Identify and handle risks associated with the job role, following risk and compliance policies and procedures. What you have: - High School Diploma or GED equivalent. - Clear and professional communication skills to assist members by phone and email. - Willingness to acquire Property & Casualty (P&C) licenses and state registrations within 90 days of hire. What sets you apart: - 1 year of customer contact experience in a needs-based sales environment. - US military experience or being a military spouse/domestic partner. - Prior experience in a fast-paced contact center environment. - 6 months experience frequently communicating (minimum 60 percent of the time) with customers. We offer competitive compensation based on experience and market data, with a hiring range of $45,008 - $47,433. There are also pay incentives based on performance and corporate guidelines.
