Warehouse Associate Position Available

Job Details:

• Position: Warehouse Associate
• Wages: $21.20 to $23.70 per hour (based on shift)
• Shift differential pay or key premium pay included
• Opportunities for wage increases every 6 months for 36 months
• Flexible availability is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Ensure a safe working environment by following all safety policies and procedures
• Attend safety trainings to learn how to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Pack, load, and ship items to stores and guests
• Process merchandise accurately for stores and guests
• Work efficiently to handle freight and move inventory
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time
• Collaborate with team members to support continuous improvement
• Work independently and in a team with a positive and respectful attitude

Job Requirements:

• Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing 35-50 lbs. frequently and up to 60 lbs. occasionally
• Physical abilities: standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction)
• Ability to read labels, tickets, and other product documentation
• Basic computer skills with minimal direction after training
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency in understanding, speaking, and reading English
