About the Role

As a Guest Advocate, you will be the face of Target, providing exceptional service to all guests. Your responsibilities may include:

• Welcoming and authentically greeting guests
• Identifying and addressing guest needs
• Assisting guests with product information and services
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Processing guest transactions with accuracy
• Promoting Target's RedCard and other offerings
• Providing support for order pick-up and drive-up services
