Product Developer - Counterparty Credit Risk The CounterParty Credit Risk Product Development team is seeking a Product Developer to focus on delivering solutions for Wholesale Credit Risk & Consent Order target state defined by Citi. This team is responsible for managing Wholesale and Counterparty Credit Risk Management to ensure the safety and stability of Citi. Responsibilities: - Identify, design, and present strategic solutions within the Counterparty Credit Risk (CCR) space - Work with stakeholders to define solutions and identify areas for operational and technology enhancements - Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle and scope product releases - Develop a product vision aligned with business priorities and create a roadmap for delivery - Stay updated on market, industry, and client trends to incorporate into product development - Collaborate with Technology, Business Managers, and stakeholders to fulfill delivery objectives - Implement a wide variety of products and solutions ranging from data analytics to trade processing - Partner with senior team members and leaders to define and implement solutions - Create project plans, business and technical requirements documents for product execution - Focus on controls and governance, including security, access reviews, and compliance Qualifications: - 6-10 years of experience - Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills - Proactively seeks and develops new opportunities - Attention to detail and process-oriented mindset - Ability to build relationships internally and externally - Familiarity with product development methodologies - Direct experience in end-to-end project delivery and knowledge of analytical tools - Comfortable with performing data investigations with accuracy and tight deadlines - Structured problem solver with the ability to drive results - Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives - Excellent communication and collaboration skills Education: - Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred This job description provides an overview of the work performed.
