All About On Demand: As an On-Demand team member (TM), you have the flexibility to work as much or as little as you like. You can create your own personalized work schedule by picking up shifts that best fit your availability through our myTime mobile scheduling app. We require active engagement and prompt responsiveness to our communication attempts. Regular attendance is necessary, and you must work at least one shift within 6 months to maintain employment with Target. If you are offered a position as an On-Demand TM, you will attend a Target Welcome orientation and undergo a short-term structured training schedule to prepare for your new role. After that, you can select the shifts you want to work through the myTime mobile scheduling app. All About Service & Engagement: As a Guest Advocate at Target, you will be an advocate for the guest experience. This includes welcoming, thanking, and exceeding guest service expectations. You will be knowledgeable about both physical and digital services and solutions to enhance the guest's experience.
