This includes retirement planning, educational planning, investment management, estate planning, active investing, managed banking, and lending.

    Building strong, personal relationships with our clients is essential at Schwab. As an Investment Consultant, you will:

    • Make proactive calls to existing clients, analyzing their needs and offering suitable products and solutions. You may collaborate with subject matter experts, peers, and managers.
    • Establish initial relationships with walk-in clients and prospects, understanding their investment goals and recommending suitable offerings based on their individual needs.
    • Identify and refer additional opportunities to Branch Financial Consultants.
    • Provide unparalleled value and excellent service to clients.

    • A valid and active Series 7 license (can be obtained as a condition of employment through our Branch Network Licensing Program).
    • A valid and active Series 66 (63/65) license (can be obtained as a condition of employment).
    • A valid and active Life and Health Insurance license (can be obtained as a condition of employment).
    • 2 years of experience in the financial services industry preferred.
    • Business development experience highly preferred.
    • Knowledge of brokerage/banking products and services.
    • Strong client relationship building experience.

    As per the requirements of the SAFE Act, employees involved in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the NMLS registry system and pass a background check. You will be required to register and complete the necessary process.
