    Senior IT Workforce Management Consultant

    Job Description :

    The Senior IT Workforce Management Consultant will analyze and provide recommendations regarding the client’s workforce, including their demographic and background characteristics, retirement eligibility, turnover, and other workforce management issues. They will work together with the client to develop effective talent strategies tailored to their unique needs in order to build a sustainable and resilient workforce. The consultant will also help the client in achieving workforce modernization goals, reviewing the qualifications and characteristics of their management staff and identifying any gaps in skills and tools required for success. The consultant may suggest changes to management practices, processes, policies, training, technology, communication, and documentation to improve program success. Additionally, our team will assist the client in aligning employee and customer experiences and provide workforce planning and analytics to inform talent-related decision-making with limited resources. Requirements : - Active and current Secret federal security clearance - Bachelor's Degree - Six or more years of experience in workforce analysis and organizational assessments in a federal environment - Experience in large scale IT modernization efforts and organizational transformations Preferred Skills : - Experience with HR data analytics and reporting - Ability to conduct data analysis and statistics and apply them to projects - Knowledge of principles and methods of barrier analysis - Familiarity with research concepts and processes, such as developing questionnaires, conducting observations and interviews, analyzing results, and delivering reports to clients
