Qualifications:
- Hold a cosmetology and/or barber license (licensing requirements may vary by state/province)
- Show a passion for building genuine connections with customers and providing great haircuts
- Desire to deliver a consistent Great Clips® brand experience (don't worry, training is provided)
- Ability to work well with teammates to create a supportive and positive salon vibe
