    ** What You Will Do:**

    Guidehouse supports programs and initiatives for an Executive Office at a large federal agency in the National Security space. The Executive Support and Operational Analyst

    will have the opportunity to help implement a new process to support the flow of communication within a high visibility, executive office. They will also become a central member of our client’s office tasked with providing oversight, coordination, and other tasks to help the office run efficiently. The Operational Analyst may also carry out other responsibilities, including assessing our customers current posture, establishing roadmaps, working on both technical and non-technical solutions to the client’s challenges, and supporting high-collateral, fast-paced, initiatives with executive-level visibility. You should expect to have the ability to complete the following activities:

    • Research, design and implement a process for the intake of correspondence/requests to an executive office using tools already in place at the agency.

    • Tracking incoming requests including engaging the proper stakeholders, assisting with the response, and tracking each request to completion.

    • Opportunity to triage incoming requests from internal and external channels to prioritize accordingly.

    • Draft both standard and custom responses on behalf of executives to facilitate the timely handling of requests.

    • Supporting program management through facilitation of routine processes such as staff meetings, project planning, schedule management, reporting, and monitoring of performance indicators, risks and issues.

    ** What You Will Need** :

    • US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.

    • Bachelor’s Degree

    • FOUR (4) or more years of relevant experience.

    • Desire to be responsible for a process from end-end and work interpedently to ensure its success.

    • Knowledge of using Microsoft tools, such as Planner, Excel, or Sharepoint, for task tracking.

    • Aptitude for multitasking and strong attention to detail.

    • Experience working with data sets, policy research and writing, and document analysis.

    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills including experience developing policies and communications.

    • Ability to identify and address client needs, build solid relationships with clients and customers, and communicate with executive clients in an organized and knowledgeable manner.

    • Flexible, customer-centric approach to support rapidly changing business needs and new priorities.

    ** What Would Be Nice To Have** :

    • An active or the ability to obtain a Top Secret federal security clearance.

    • Masters degree.

    • PMI-PMP certification.

    • Past experience working independently to direct processes and programs.

    • Experience supporting and/or reporting to senior officials in large organizations.
