    ALL ABOUT TARGET

Target is a well-known retail company, and as a Fortune 50 company with over 400,000 team members across the globe, we are committed to providing an inclusive working environment.

We believe in building strong communities and investing in the places where we live, work, and play. At Target, we prioritize relationships, talent development, and teamwork to achieve our goals. Our core purpose is centered around care, growth and success together.

    ALL ABOUT ON DEMAND

As an On-Demand Team Member (TM) at Target, you have the flexibility to work as much or as little as you like. Your schedule may vary based on shift availability and store needs. This role is ideal for those seeking a personalized work schedule.

As an On-Demand TM, you won't have a fixed weekly schedule. Instead, you'll have the opportunity to create your own schedule by picking up shifts that suit your availability from the shifts posted by leaders or other team members through our myTime mobile scheduling app.

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to actively engage by picking up and working shifts, as well as responding to our communication attempts.

We will reach out to you (using the contact information you provide) throughout the year to confirm your availability and interest in working shifts at Target. If we don't receive a response, your employment with Target will be terminated.

Regular attendance is necessary and you must work at least one shift within 6 months to maintain your employment.

Your communication skills and availability during peak times are essential in this role.

If you are offered a position as an On-Demand TM, you will be required to attend a Target Welcome orientation and participate in a short-term structured training schedule to ensure you are prepared for your new role. After that, you can use the myTime mobile scheduling app to select the shifts you want to work.
