    Position: Corporate Alliance Officer and Children's Miracle Network Program Manager

    Summary: The Corporate Alliance Officer and Children's Miracle Network Program Manager is responsible for cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding corporate support for Akron Children's Hospital. This role also oversees the execution of the Children's Miracle Network annual membership agreement and coordinates national sponsor campaigns, events, and programs.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead corporate and Children's Miracle Network strategies, aligning them with the foundation and hospital's mission and strategic plan.
    • Manage and adhere to the department budget to control expenditures.
    • Oversee the execution of the Children's Miracle Network annual membership agreement and coordinate national sponsor campaigns, events, and programs.
    • Promote awareness of the Children's Miracle Network campaign for Akron Children's Hospital by building and maintaining relationships with national sponsor associates and local representatives. Implement cause-related marketing and sales strategies to achieve fundraising goals.
    • Develop philanthropic growth within existing Children's Miracle Network partnerships while promoting the Akron Children's Hospital brand and strategic initiatives.
    • Research, cultivate, solicit, and steward corporate partners for Akron Children's Hospital.
    • Perform other duties as required.

    Other information:

    Technical Expertise:

    • Experience in fundraising is required.
    • Experience in program management is required.
    • Travel and a valid Ohio driver's license are required.
    • Experience working with all levels within an organization is required.
    • Experience in healthcare is preferred.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) or similar software is required. Database management software is required; Raiser's Edge software is preferred.

    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field is required; Master's degree is preferred.
    • No certification is required.
    • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience is preferred.
    • No supervisory experience is required.

    Work Schedule:

    • 40 hours per week
    • Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm
    • Hybrid work arrangement (Onsite 1-2 days a week)
