Requirements: - New college grads are welcome! We value compassion, dedication, determination, and those who embody our purpose and core values. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. - Minimum of 2 years of sales or service experience in a fast-paced environment. - Demonstrated success in building long-term relationships with a broad range of people. - Experience in recruiting and hiring is desired. - Dynamic interpersonal and communication skills. - Results-oriented with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. - Excellent organizational and oral/written communication skills. - Home care or healthcare experience is desired. - Proficient with MS Office and other systems. Responsibilities: - Maintain and update staffing needs of our patients and their families. - Coordinate the opening of new patient referrals in collaboration with the Clinical Supervisor. - Engage and convert nurses and care team members through our applicant tracking system. - Utilize various methods to attract nurses, including sourcing, employee referrals, and local job fairs. - Ensure nurses' desired hours are met weekly for their satisfaction and retention. - Work closely with the Onboarding Specialist to ensure nurse credentials are up to date. - Optimize care coverage for patients and nurses by managing schedules and ensuring appropriate staff allocation. - Handle on-call responsibilities, responding to employee and client needs, and covering open shifts.
