About the role:

As a Guest Advocate, you will have the opportunity to provide excellent customer service to our guests. You can work as much or as little as you like and have the flexibility to create your own schedule. We will contact you throughout the year to confirm your availability and interest in working shifts at Target. Regular attendance is important, and we require you to work at least one shift within 6 months to maintain employment with Target.

Responsibilities include:

• Welcome and greet guests in a warm and friendly manner
• Observe and respond to guests' needs and provide assistance
• Be knowledgeable about our products and services to make recommendations to guests
• Process guest transactions accurately and efficiently
• Promote and sell Target's offerings and benefits to guests
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to all safety and compliance policies
