We are excited to offer a $1,000 Sign-On bonus for full-time stylists after 90 days and $500 for part-time stylists! Red Hill Inc. operates 15 Great Clips locations throughout Spokane and North Idaho! Our average effective wage ranges from $15.85 to $32 per hour, in addition to cash tips! Qualifications for Hair Stylists/Barbers:

• Possess a Cosmetology and/or Barber License (specific licensing requirements may vary by state/province)
• Have a genuine passion for building connections with customers and providing excellent haircuts
• Show a commitment to delivering a consistent Great Clips® brand experience (don’t worry, training will be provided)
• Ability to work in a supportive and positive salon environment, collaborating with your teammates
