Job Title: HRIS Analyst - Multiple Levels Company: Dart Container Location: Mason, MI, US Dart Container is seeking an HR technology super-user who wants to apply their knowledge in a project management role. As an HRIS Analyst, you will serve as a subject matter expert and lead projects to enhance existing solutions or implement new ones. No degree is required to join our company at the Associate, Mid, or Senior levels, depending on your previous project leadership experiences. This position is part of the HR department and will work closely with IT Project Managers and Developers. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve HR technology solutions - Serve as a project leader in HR analytics, coding, and configuration roles - Provide consultation on system design and downstream impact - Utilize Microsoft Excel skills to create spreadsheets and analyze data - Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills - Support department functions utilizing Company Systems Qualifications: Associate HRIS Analyst: - Bachelor’s degree with 1 year of experience or an Associate’s degree with 2 years of experience or a high school diploma with 3 years of experience in an analytical/configuration role - 2 years of experience using an HR Master Data system - 2 years of experience in an HR analytical/coding/configuration role - 1 year of experience working on a project team in a leadership capacity Senior HRIS Analyst: - Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field - 4 years of experience in an HRIS Analyst role - 5 years of experience using an HR Master Data system - 2 years of experience working on a project team in a leadership capacity - Thorough working knowledge of HR processes and workflows Preferred Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Information Technology - Related Certifications/Accreditations - HRIS analyst or SuccessFactors administration experience - Relational database experience - SAP HCM experience Benefits: - Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance - 401(k) with company matching contributions - Paid vacation and holidays - Short-term disability and tuition assistance - Product discounts and more Dart Container is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity in our workforce.
