Job Title: Clinical Registered Nurse (CRN) As a CRN, you will play a pivotal role in patient/client care, nursing practice, and organizational improvement. You will be part of the nursing leadership team, driving positive change and enhancing the quality of care we provide. Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in nursing - Three years of nursing experience - Current RN license in the applicable state(s) - Basic Life Support certification for Health Care Providers - Additional specialty certification/training as required Responsibilities: - Lead and collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient care - Contribute to nursing practice improvement initiatives - Actively participate in nursing leadership activities - Provide mentorship and support to other nurses Compensation: - $87,152.00 - $130,769.60 per year Benefits: - Comprehensive benefits package Schedule: - Full time, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm - 64-80 hours/pay period Site Description: Mayo Clinic operates in multiple locations across the United States, including Phoenix/Scottsdale, Arizona, Jacksonville, Florida, and Rochester, Minnesota.
