About the role: - Develop training materials for the WorldPay Merchant business to prevent financial crimes and improve existing training modules. - Customize training content for different roles and responsibilities. - Track the delivery and completion of training and create reporting metrics. About the team: The Global Financial Crimes Governance team is responsible for overseeing compliance with financial crime regulations across FIS and its subsidiaries. This team plays a critical role in liaising with other Risk and Compliance functions. What you will be doing: - Stay informed about regulatory changes that may affect FIS products and services. - Develop training policies for the Merchant business and ensure they are executed effectively. - Evaluate FIS products, services, and business activities to incorporate them into training materials. - Identify key business processes, evaluate risk, and tailor training accordingly. - Design and deliver training to enhance compliance awareness. - Develop and motivate staff. - Ensure budgets and schedules are met. - Stay updated on applicable laws and regulations. What you will need: - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Extensive knowledge of at least one area of compliance, such as banking regulations, anti-money laundering, or anti-corruption. - Strong analytical skills. - Ability to understand technical documents and legal or regulatory references. - Creative problem-solving abilities. - Capability to develop training materials. - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to adapt to different audiences.
