Community Education Program Manager Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated individual who can inspire and support scholars from all walks of life. The Community Education Program Manager will work closely with the Early Childhood & Family Education (EC&FE) Program Coordinator and staff to develop, implement, and evaluate district-wide EC&FE programs. We are seeking someone with a deep understanding of child and family development, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people. Duties Include: - Assist with the leadership and development of program areas - Recruit, train, and supervise non-licensed staff - Support ongoing community needs assessments - Develop and implement marketing and outreach plans based on community needs - Manage grants and initiatives - Communicate with stakeholders and manage data - Monitor program finances and enrollment - Provide support to other Community Education program areas as needed Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred in Education, Business Administration, or a related field - 3+ years of relevant work experience in public school and/or community-based early childhood and family education - 3+ years of experience supervising Community Education programs and staff preferred Desired Qualifications: - Teaching license in parent education and/or early childhood - Experience teaching in Early Childhood Family Education (ECFE) or comparable programs - Experience with home visiting and PreK-3rd grade alignment - Experience with outreach and marketing programs - Experience working with diverse populations, including families of low socio-economic status Salary: View salary grids in the Management Personnel I-M agreement document. Work Schedule: Core hours will be developed upon hire and may flex with supervisor approval. This is a salaried position that includes summer hours. Occasional evening and weekend hours may be required.
