    Job Description

    Community Education Program Manager Are you passionate about empowering scholars of all backgrounds to achieve their dreams? We are seeking a Community Education Program Manager to support the Early Childhood & Family Education programs in our district. As the Program Manager, you will play a vital role in developing, implementing, and evaluating our programs. We are looking for someone with extensive knowledge of child and family development, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people. Duties Include:

    • Provide leadership and support for program areas
    • Recruit, train, and supervise staff
    • Conduct community needs assessments
    • Create and implement outreach plans based on community needs
    • Manage grants and initiatives
    • Handle data and communication with stakeholders
    • Monitor program finances and enrollment
    • Assist with other Community Education program areas as needed

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred in Education, Business Administration, or related field
    • 3+ years of relevant work experience in early childhood and family education
    • 3+ years of supervisory experience in Community Education programs

    Desired:

    • Teaching license in parent education and/or early childhood
    • Experience teaching in similar programs
    • Experience with home visiting and PreK-3rd grade alignment
    • Experience with outreach and marketing
    • Experience working with diverse populations
    • Experience working with families of low socio-economic status

    Work schedule: Core hours will be determined upon hire, with the possibility of occasional evening and weekend hours.
