**Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is currently hiring for a Full-time weekend RN position. **

Flexible scheduling, with shifts on Saturdays and Sundays as a requirement.

The Home Health Weekend Registered Nurse is responsible for the following:

• Performing skilled nursing visits and coordinating client care
• Serving as the point of contact for all disciplines involved in patient care
• Overseeing the frequency of visits for each episode of care
• Collaborating with physicians and the office to provide patient care updates
• Collecting accurate OASIS data and maintaining current medication profiles
• Ensuring timely reporting of lab values to the physician
• Participating in weekly case conferences and monthly case manager meetings

Registered Nurses (RNs) must meet the following requirements:

1. Hold a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment
2. Preferably have at least one year of clinical experience
3. Demonstrate knowledge and skill in current nursing practices
4. Have a valid driver's license and automobile liability insurance
