As an On-Demand Team Member (TM) at Target, you have the flexibility to work as much or as little as you like. Your schedule may vary based on shift availability and store needs. This role is perfect for those seeking a personalized work schedule.

• Responsibilities:
• - Create your own schedule by picking up shifts through our myTime mobile scheduling app
• - Be responsive to communication attempts and actively engage in picking up and working shifts
• - Attend a Target Welcome orientation and complete a short-term structured training to prepare for your role

ALL ABOUT SERVICE & ENGAGEMENT

As a Guest Advocate at Target, your role is to provide exceptional service to our guests. We value inclusivity and prioritize creating a welcoming environment for all. Your responsibilities may include:

• - Greeting and engaging with guests to understand their needs
• - Demonstrating knowledge about our products, services, and offerings
• - Assisting guests with purchases, returns, and applications for the Target RedCard
• - Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• - Ensuring compliance with safety policies and procedures
