Responsibilities - The Registered Nurse for Inpatient Psychiatry provides exceptional customer service and ensures the safety of patients and staff. - We are looking for detail-oriented individuals who can multitask in a fast-paced environment. - Strong empathy, problem-solving skills, positive attitude, and teamwork are essential. Qualifications - Must be a student or graduate of a nursing program. - Entry-level associate degree registered nurses who started on or after April 1, 2020, must complete a bachelor's degree in nursing program within five years. - Current RN license according to state requirements. - Basic Life Support certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross. - Additional state licensure(s) and/or specialty certification/training may be required. Exemption Status - Nonexempt Compensation Detail - $34.06 - $54.20 per hour Benefits Eligible - Yes Schedule - Full Time Hours/Pay Period - 60 Schedule Details - 12-hour rotating day/night shifts Weekend Schedule - Every third weekend and 2 holidays per year International Assignment - No Site Description - Mayo Clinic has major campuses in Phoenix/Scottsdale, Arizona, Jacksonville, Florida, and Rochester, Minnesota. - We also have Mayo Clinic Health System campuses in Midwestern communities and international locations.
