Job Summary: Provide administrative support to the Administration and Counseling staff, with a focus on secretarial duties. This position involves tasks such as typing, filing, emailing, and faxing student records, as well as facilitating communication between parents and the administration. Additional responsibilities include assisting students in Student Services, supporting the counselors in various tasks, maintaining records related to counseling activities, and providing backup support to the Building Secretary and Main Office when needed. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent is required, along with previous office experience. Preferred Qualifications: Vocational or advanced training in office procedures is desirable. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Effective verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency in general office tasks, including word processing, spreadsheet management, and email. - Ability to develop and maintain record systems. - Strong interpersonal skills to interact with diverse individuals both within and outside the organization. - Good human relations skills, including helping others and exchanging information. You can find the contract here. Work Schedule: This is a full-time position, consisting of 212 working days (8 hours per day) per year, with a weekly commitment of 40 hours.
