Job Title: Guest Advocate at Target

Starting Hourly Rate: $16.25 USD

As a Guest Advocate, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional service to our guests, making their shopping experience effortless and enjoyable. Your role will involve various responsibilities, such as greeting guests, assisting with their needs, promoting products and services, and ensuring a clean and organized work area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional guest service by authentically greeting and assisting all guests
• Observe and understand guests' needs through body language and verbal cues
• Create a welcoming atmosphere by asking questions and understanding specific guest requirements
• Promote the benefits, offerings, and services available in our store
• Scan and bag items efficiently, following food safety standards and best practices
• Provide information on current and upcoming brand launches, store activities, and events
• Assist guests with applying for the Target RedCard and other fulfillment services
• Guide guests on using the Target App and its features
• Handle returns professionally and resolve any guest concerns
• Deliver seamless service to Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests
• Maintain a clean and clutter-free work area
• Work in a safe manner, following all safety policies and best practices
• Support guest services, such as order pick up and drive-up, while complying with relevant laws
• Perform other duties based on business needs

• Capability to work independently as well as in a team

Additional Information:

• Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work as an on-demand team member, with the freedom to choose shifts through our myTime mobile app
• Regular attendance is required, and you must work at least one shift within 6 months
