Job Summary: We are seeking an HR Communications Manager to develop and implement effective communication strategies for our diverse employee base throughout their entire employment journey. From recruitment and onboarding to retention, development, and retirement, this role will partner with HR leadership to understand the needs of our business and create inclusive communications that align with our corporate strategy, HR policies, and benefits. The HR Communications Manager will report to the Director of Creative & Content Strategy and collaborate closely with HR, QuadMed, Manufacturing, and Marketing teams. Responsibilities: - Create inclusive communication strategies and content to support HR and workforce-related initiatives and programs. - Develop and deliver communication materials for recruitment, onboarding, learning, and development processes. - Generate communication plans for retention, including total rewards programs, policy changes, and wellness initiatives. - Support performance management and talent development through effective communication materials. - Ensure employees have a positive retirement experience with effective, on-brand communications. - Collaborate on special projects as an expert in HR communications. - Prepare executive communications on HR-related content. - Coordinate communication plans for companywide cultural events, appreciation picnics, and celebrations. - Partner with HR to develop onboarding communication plans and messaging for new employees. - Utilize existing employee communication channels and collaborate on developing new channels. - Identify storytelling opportunities to share externally with Marketing Communications team. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or related field. - 7+ years of experience in HR communications, preferably in a large organization. - Strong research and writing skills with an ability to package information in a compelling format. - Knowledge of merger and acquisition and restructuring communications. - Ability to adapt content for various audiences and channels. - Communicate complicated information in a simple, straightforward manner. - Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing content. - Ability to work efficiently and handle multiple tasks with minimal direction. - Innovative approach to achieving communication goals. - Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe products. - Attention to detail and fact-checking skills. - Team player in a fast-paced environment.
