Short Description We are looking for someone with experience in instructional design and strong analytics skills in an EPIC Hospital & Physician Revenue Cycle setting. The ideal candidate should be able to identify trends and inefficiencies in workflows, provide training and feedback, and build strong relationships. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required to collaborate with all levels of the organization. The ability to interpret payor policies, procedures, and billing outcomes to identify areas for improvement is crucial. Knowledge of Microsoft software, especially PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Articulate 360, is important. The candidate should be task-, team-, and deadline-oriented.
