Audit Manager - Join Our Team and Make a Difference!

Join us as an Audit Manager and have the opportunity to manage a team responsible for performing complex audits and assessments of our risk and control environments. Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute audit plans to assess risk and control environments
• Manage a diverse team of professionals and deliver audit reports
• Recruit and develop talent, build effective teams, and manage a budget
• Collaborate with business leaders to determine impact on control environment and audit approach
• Advise and assist the business on change initiatives and technology adoption
• Apply in-depth understanding of Internal Audit standards, policies, and technology
• Communicate effectively with internal audiences, including senior management
• Independently exercise judgment and autonomy

Qualifications:

• 6-10 years of relevant audit experience (internal or external)
• Related certifications (CPA, ACA, CFA, CIA, CISA or similar) preferred
• Effective verbal, written, and negotiation skills
• Experience with internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR) / SOX strongly preferred
• Broker/Dealer and Global Markets experience preferred
• Effective influencing and relationship management skills
• Demonstrated ability to remain unbiased in a diverse working environment
• Strong issue management and resolution skills

Education:

• Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred
