    Job Description

    Job Opportunity: Regulatory Compliance Associate

    We are currently seeking a Regulatory Compliance Associate to join our team. This is a full-time position that requires a Bachelor's degree in business administration or law, or equivalent experience.     Responsibilities:

    • Monitor and communicate regulatory changes that affect our products, services, and business activities
    • Maintain knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
    • Guide the implementation of regulatory changes
    • Review and provide compliance direction for new and expanding products and services
    • Address issues and concerns related to regulatory compliance
    • Evaluate our products, services, and business activities to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
    • Conduct compliance assessments and provide guidance on any deficiencies found
    • Collaborate with business unit Compliance Officers to ensure deadlines are met
    • Interact with legal counsel and government agencies when necessary
    • Support the business in responding to customer compliance-related inquiries
    • Participate in training sessions to promote compliance awareness
    • Identify areas for improvement and provide updates for periodic reports

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration or law, or equivalent experience
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Comprehensive knowledge in at least one area of compliance, such as banking regulations or anti-money laundering
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to understand technical and legal documents
    • Demonstrated ability to work under time limitations and prioritize tasks
    • Experience with compliance monitoring programs is a plus
    • Respect for confidentiality and sensitivity regarding sensitive information
