About the On-Demand Role

As an On-Demand Team Member (TM), you have the flexibility to work as much or as little as you like. Your schedule may vary based on shift availability and store needs. This role is perfect for those seeking personalized work schedules.

Responsibilities as an On-Demand TM

• Create your own schedule by picking up shifts posted by leaders or other team members through our myTime mobile scheduling app
• Active engagement by picking up and working shifts and responding to our attempts at contact
• Regular attendance, working at least one shift within 6 months
• Attend a Target Welcome orientation and participate in a short-term structured training schedule

Guest Advocates at Target focus on creating an inclusive guest experience and exceed guest service expectations. They are knowledgeable about our products, services, and digital solutions, making shopping effortless for our guests.

As a Guest Advocate, your responsibilities may include:

• Delivering a guest service experience that prioritizes service standards
• Greeting and engaging with guests, understanding their specific needs
• Promoting and selling various benefits, offerings, and services
• Assisting with order pick up, drive up, and registry services
• Maintaining a clean work area and demonstrating ethical conduct
• Ensuring compliance with safety policies and best practices
