Join our team at the Finance Regulatory Engagement and Oversight Office, where we work closely with stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations and drive regulatory engagement across Citi Finance. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting Citi Finance's global regulatory agenda by engaging with both regulators and internal partners. You will coordinate regulatory requests and exams, define and implement best practices, and ensure proper documentation is tracked and retained.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Citi Finance's global regulatory agenda, including on-site and remote exam management, ad-hoc meetings, and information requests
• Maintain and follow standards for managing regulatory interactions, such as exam management, regulatory meetings, and requests for information
• Collaborate with Finance Regulatory Engagement leadership and key stakeholders to provide accurate and timely responses to regulatory supervisors
• Oversee Citi Finance's regulatory landscape to ensure coverage and adherence to standards
• Build relationships across Citi Finance functions to provide a single point of contact for addressing regulatory actions
• Manage escalations and provide support related to regulatory matters and deliverables
• Assist in writing regulatory responses and updates, ensuring consistency and comprehensiveness
• Work as part of a team to centrally manage the regulatory engagement lifecycle
• Develop and provide updates on Citi Finance's regulatory commitments and engagements
• Coordinate responses to regulatory inquiries with Citi Finance functions

Process and Controls:

• Develop and implement best practices and controls for managing regulatory deliverables
• Identify opportunities for synergy and process improvements in regulatory engagements
• Maintain a comprehensive inventory of supervisory issues and track commitments for resolution
• Support execution efforts for regulatory initiatives and monitor change control, risks, and issues
• Create meaningful MIS reporting to highlight potential risks and milestones
• Provide insight on the correlation between transformation initiatives and Finance regulatory commitments
• Ensure alignment with enterprise regulatory engagement standards
• Enhance processes for maintaining regulatory interactions in Citi's centralized inventory
• Create centralized resources on regulatory engagements within Citi Finance

Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Legal, or related fields; advanced degree is a plus
• 3-8 years of experience in Finance, Risk, or management consulting
• Strong leadership skills in managing documents and deliverables
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge and experience in responding to regulators is a plus
• Experience in governance and controls
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; database knowledge is a plus
