Your Role: Patient Care Assistant As a Patient Care Assistant, you will support registered nurses by assisting with direct and indirect patient care tasks. You will work under supervision and perform delegated skills within the scope allowed for unlicensed nursing personnel. Qualifications: - Must be at least 18 years old. - Completion of 12 college credits OR High school diploma/GED with Nursing Assistant training preferred. - Ability to adapt to unpredictable situations in the patient care setting. - License or certification: Current Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers from American Heart Association or American Red Cross. We also offer certification as part of our orientation program. What We Offer: - Compensation: Hourly wage between $16.78 - $22.33. - Benefits: Eligible for comprehensive benefits package. - Schedule: Part-time position; 48 hours per pay period. - Shifts: 12-hour rotating shifts (day/night). - Weekends: Every third weekend and two holidays per year. - International Assignments: None at this time.
