    About the role:

    As an Implementation Conversion Analyst, you will work closely with our clients as they implement our solutions and change the way banking is done. Your role will involve understanding client needs, data mapping, system conversions, and guiding clients through the setup and integration process while providing training and support.

    What you will be doing:

    • Conducting data analysis and interviews to assess data requirements
    • Creating data maps and workflow documents
    • Performing tests to ensure software meets customer needs
    • Coordinating and conducting reviews to ensure successful conversion
    • Training customers on new systems and procedures

    What you will need:

    • Ability to translate client requirements into technical specifications and explain them to customers
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
    • Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience
    • Expertise in VisionIP software
