Your Main Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the safety and maintenance of vehicles for our customers.
• Utilizing Penske's tools and technologies to log, research, and complete repairs, including basic vehicle diagnostics.
• Performing preventative maintenance repairs, such as tire replacements, vehicle component lubrication and replacement, electrical system repairs, and cooling system maintenance.
• Collaborating with your manager to learn new skills through Penske's technician training and hands-on coaching.
• Completing other assigned projects and tasks as instructed by your supervisor.

General Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with vocational or technical certification in vehicle repair as a plus.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and 1-2 years of automotive or diesel repair experience preferred.
• A valid driver's license and comfort using tools.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• The ability to work well as part of a team and independently.
• Basic computer skills.
