What You Will Do:
- Help manage and improve organizational IT cost transparency and IT planning.
- Identify and analyze key data sets to ensure accurate and timely information.
- Create communication material for IT executives and end users.
- Deliver project tasks and deliverables in coordination with the engagement team and client personnel.
- Collaborate with multiple levels of management and staff to meet engagement objectives.
- Analyze data from various systems of record for decision-making purposes.
What You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Active Secret clearance.
- Knowledge of IT services and financial management processes.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Experience in data transformation using MS Excel, Alteryx, Apptio, or Proven Optics.
- Familiarity with relational database concepts.
- Advanced analytical analysis skills.
- Ability to effectively work with different levels of management and staff.
- Understanding of IT infrastructure domains.
- Strong organizational skills.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Advanced degree in related field preferred.
TBM experience.
ITIL or Service Management background preferred.
