Job Description

We are currently seeking an IT Business Lead Analyst, a senior-level position that involves working closely with both business users and technologists. The goal is to exchange information in a clear and understandable way, and to collaborate with the Technology team. Our aim is to continuously explore and examine business performance to gain insights and drive effective business planning.

Responsibilities:

• Provide input during development and implementation phases of complex, high-impact projects
• Identify and communicate risks, propose risk mitigation options, and consider the business implications of applying technology to our current business environment
• Consult with business clients to determine system specifications and work with multiple management teams to meet organizational objectives
• Evaluate new IT developments and recommend systems alternatives or enhancements based on business processes, systems, and industry standards
• Apply in-depth analysis and innovative thinking to define problems, develop solutions, and influence strategic decisions
• Supervise day-to-day team management, including resource allocation and mentoring/coaching
• Demonstrate ethical behavior, comply with laws and regulations, and report any control issues

Qualifications:

• 6-10 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) with a strong emphasis on data analysis using Excel
• Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle
• Comprehensive understanding of business analysis principles

Education:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Master's degree preferred
