Qualifications for Hair Stylists/Barbers:

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
• A passion for building genuine connections with customers and providing outstanding haircuts
• The desire to deliver a consistent Great Clips® brand experience (training will be provided, so no need to worry!)
• The ability to work collaboratively with teammates to foster a supportive and positive salon environment
