All About General Merchandise

We are looking for General Merchandise Experts to join our team. As a General Merchandise Expert, you will play a vital role in creating a consistent, welcoming experience for our guests. You will be responsible for ensuring products are stocked, priced accurately, and presented well on the sales floor. You will also assist with pick, pack, and ship fulfillment work. No prior experience is necessary as we provide training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a welcoming experience for all guests
• Engage with guests, ask questions, and understand their needs
• Ensure sales floor is organized and stocked for guests
• Execute pricing, promotions, and planograms
• Assist in other areas of the store as needed
• Process deliveries and maintain inventory accuracy
• Follow safety protocols and ethical conduct
