On-Demand Positions Available

Join our On-Demand team where you can have flexibility in your work schedule. As an On-Demand team member, you have the opportunity to create your own schedule by picking up shifts that fit best with your availability. You will have the freedom to work as much or as little as you like, making it ideal for those looking for a personalized work schedule.

Your Role as an On-Demand Team Member

As an On-Demand TM, you will have the flexibility to work when it suits you best. You will not be included on the weekly schedule, but will have the opportunity to pick up shifts that are posted by our leaders or other team members. We require your active engagement in picking up and working shifts, as well as responding to our attempts to contact you.

What You Need to Know

• Regular attendance is necessary, and you must work at least one shift within 6 months to maintain your employment.
• Should you be offered a position, you will attend a Target Welcome orientation and a short-term structured training schedule to ensure your success in the role.

Guest Advocate - Ensuring an Inclusive Experience

As a Guest Advocate, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and inclusive experience for all guests. You will interact with guests, solve concerns, and make their day better. Your responsibilities may include:

• Delivering excellent guest service by greeting and assisting guests in a genuine and authentic manner.
• Being knowledgeable about our products, services, and store offerings to help guests with their specific needs.
• Making every guest aware of current and upcoming promotions, events, and services.
• Providing support for order pick-up, drive-up, and registry services to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area and following safety policies and procedures.

What We Look For

• Excellent communication skills and a friendly and helpful attitude towards guests and team members.
• Attention to detail while handling multiple tasks.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technology.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Details

• Accurate handling of cash register operations and cash transactions.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise, up to 15 pounds frequently and up to 40 pounds occasionally.
• Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, but we ask for your active engagement in picking up shifts and responding to our attempts to contact you.
