Job Title: General Merchandise Expert

As a General Merchandise Expert, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our stores provide a consistent and enjoyable experience for our guests. You will be responsible for tasks such as setting up product displays, ensuring products are in stock and accurately priced, and assisting guests with their needs. Your job is essential in keeping our store organized and running smoothly.

Job Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome and engage with guests, offering assistance and answering questions
• Be knowledgeable about the products and services offered in our store and provide helpful recommendations to guests
• Maintain the sales floor appearance by zoning, restocking, and ensuring accurate signage
• Execute pricing and promotional plans for general merchandise areas
• Handle deliveries, inventory management, and backroom organization
• Operate power equipment if certified
• Follow safety and compliance guidelines
• Provide support to other areas of the store when needed

Skills and Qualifications:

• Friendly and helpful attitude towards guests and team members
• Ability to adapt to new technology and processes
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Good problem-solving skills

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to climb ladders
• Ability to lift or move merchandise weighing up to 40 pounds

Working Hours:

We offer flexible work schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
