Position Purpose:
- Lead a team responsible for designing and implementing complex enterprise IVR software solutions
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical roles to provide expertise and support across the enterprise
- Manage large-scale IVR projects, ensuring progress and successful outcomes
- Mentor and support junior developers
- Coordinate with external development teams and hold vendors accountable
- Evaluate risks and participate in mitigation activities
- Partner with security and infrastructure teams to ensure compliance with policies
- Assist in the design and development of new applications
- Manage hiring, training, and performance reviews of staff
- Provide leadership and guidance to ensure stable application development
- Share knowledge and develop staff capabilities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- IVR management experience required
- Technical skills: Connect, Cisco, Avaya, Genesys, or other IVR systems
- Soft skills: leadership, collaboration, coaching, communication, conflict management, presentation skills, negotiation
