Position Purpose:

• Lead a team responsible for designing and implementing complex enterprise IVR software solutions
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical roles to provide expertise and support across the enterprise
• Manage large-scale IVR projects, ensuring progress and successful outcomes
• Mentor and support junior developers
• Coordinate with external development teams and hold vendors accountable
• Evaluate risks and participate in mitigation activities
• Partner with security and infrastructure teams to ensure compliance with policies
• Assist in the design and development of new applications
• Manage hiring, training, and performance reviews of staff
• Provide leadership and guidance to ensure stable application development
• Share knowledge and develop staff capabilities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience
• Master's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
• IVR management experience required
• Technical skills: Connect, Cisco, Avaya, Genesys, or other IVR systems
• Soft skills: leadership, collaboration, coaching, communication, conflict management, presentation skills, negotiation
