Job Duties and Responsibilities As a part of our Marketing Analytics team at Boost Mobile, your role will involve leveraging different types of data to develop data-driven solutions. You will be responsible for collecting, transforming, and making large amounts of data available for analysis and decision-making. In this role, you will: - Use various data types to develop solutions that support different analytic use cases. - Build scalable processes to deploy data marts, predictive models, and business reports. - Normalize complex data sources to make them usable for analysis. - Assist in testing and evaluating new technologies to enhance our marketing capabilities. - Manage multiple analytical projects in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment. Skills, Experience, and Requirements To succeed in this role, you will need: - A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Math, Economics, Engineering, or a related field, with at least two years of experience. - Proven experience in building and delivering large-scale data systems and solutions. - Strong computing and programming skills, including proficiency in SQL, Python, and Linux scripting. - Familiarity with AWS S3, Snowflake, or other analytical tools, as well as data visualization software, is a plus. - Knowledge of statistics and experimental methodology is advantageous. - The ability to synthesize analytical findings and provide recommendations to a wide audience. - Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. - Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in teams. - An adaptable and enthusiastic mindset to thrive in a dynamic environment. Salary Range and Benefits The salary range for this position is $63,150.00/year to $90,000.00/year. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package.
